Mostachon Cake – Mexican Strawberry Meringue Cake

Mostachon, also known as Mostachón de Fresa, is a beautiful Mexican strawberry meringue cake made with whipped egg whites, crushed Maria cookies, chopped nuts, cream cheese frosting, and fresh strawberries. It’s crisp around the edges, soft and chewy in the center, creamy on top, and absolutely stunning without being fussy.
