This Mixed Berry Clafoutis is silky, smooth and fruity. This French style Clafouti recipe is scrumptious yet incredibly easy to make. Definitely a dessert to impress!
I participated in Mom Blog Tour Natural Products Expo West (#MomBlogTourFF)
on behalf of Wendy’s Bloggers. I received Wyman’s of Maine products to facilitate my review, but my opinions and creative content are my own.
Clafouti is usually made with fresh berries but I am a huge fan of the convenience of frozen fruit so I decided to try this recipe with Wyman’s of Maine Triple Berry Blend.
I’ve been a fan of Wyman’s of Maine products for quite a while. I love their commitment to sustainable agriculture, their concern for the health of honey bees (No Bees, No Berries) and their premium quality.
Founded in 1874, Jasper Wyman & Son is a family-owned company with a heritage of leadership in the growing and marketing of Wild Blueberries. Over the course of many generations, the company has perfected the science of fresh freezing fruit to maintain optimum flavor and nutritional benefits. Wyman’s owns land in Maine and Canada and their farm team manages over 17,000 acres of wild blueberry fields.
Clafouti (pronounced “kla-FOO-tee”) is a baked dessert made by baking fruit in a custard-like batter similar to pancake batter. The traditional French clafouti is made with fresh cherries. This Mixed Berry clafoutis recipe is simple and easy to make and can be whipped up in no time!
My kids love clafoutis and enjoy having it even for breakfast! Sometimes, I let them pour a little maple syrup over it to make it feel more like a breakfast item. Dessert for breakfast? Yes, please!
Wyman’s of Maine frozen fruit is conveniently packaged in resealable bags. You can just grab a scoop to make smoothies and overnight oatmeal cups. Have them always in your freezer and you will be set and ready to make muffins and easy breads.
Their new flavor combination Melon Berry Pineapple with Cucumber and Cherry Berry Plum with Cacao Nibs are amazing! I highly recommend you try them!

I’ve never seen this brand, but it certainly looks yummy! I hope one of my local stores carries it. I have never had a clafouti! Now I’ll be Googling it all afternoon. 🙂 Also, the giveaway pic did not seem to have a link attached to it. Am I missing something?

Hi, Lots of stores carry Wymans, from Whole Foods to big super stores like Walmart. There is a red button after the giveaway. You can enter it through that! Thank you!
