Halloween Sugared Prosecco Grapes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems. 
  2. In a large bowl, soak the grapes in the Prosecco for 15 minutes or overnight.
  3. Drain the grapes but don't dry them as they need to be wet for the sugar to stick.
  4. Place each color of sanding or sparkling sugar on a plate.
  5. Roll each grape in the sugar until they are completely coated.
  6. Place the candied grapes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and let them dry for about 5 to 10 minutes. 
  7. Serve or refrigerate until needed.
