Birthday Cake Martini

Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces whipped vodka, (vanilla vodka, fluffed marshmallow vodka, iced cake vodka)
  • 2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce amaretto di sorno
  • 1 ounce half and half

To Rim the Martini Glasses

  • honey, simple syrup, maple syrup or melted white chocolate, (about 2 teaspoons)
  • Rainbow sprinkles, (about 2 teaspoons)

Optional

  • Whipped cream, birthday candles, birthday sparkles

Instructions

Prepare the cocktail glasses

  1. Place the honey, maple syrup, simple syrup or melted white chocolate in a small plate. In a separate plate place the sprinkles.
  2. Rim the edge of the glasses in syrup or melted white chocolate, then dip in sprinkles until the rims are nicely coated. Set aside.

Prepare the martini

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the whipped vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto and half and half and shake vigorously for 45 seconds. Strain into the prepared martini glasses.
