INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin Spice

Cinnamon

+

Brioche

+

Cream Cheese

+

Powdered Sugar

+

Brown Sugar

+

Butter

+

Pecan

Make the cream cheese filling.

Make the pecan topping by mixing melted butter, pecans and brown sugar.

Mix all the ingredients for the pumpkin custard.

Submerge each slice of bread into the pumpkin custard.

Place each slice in the baking pan until the bottom of the pan is covered.

Spread the cream cheese filling over the bread slices.

Soak the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the cream cheese filling.

Top with the pecan mixture and bake.

Serve and enjoy!

If you cannot find brioche bread, you can use Challah, French bread or Pullman loaf. I do not recommend using white bread slices.
