Pan-Seared Scallops

with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

I made THE BEST scallops last night using this recipe! And so much useful information, that was a huge help along the way. I can not wait to eat these again!!

Oil

Butter

Garlic

Lemon

Capers

Parsley

Scallops

Prep and pat dry the scallops. Once dry, season them with salt and black pepper.

Place the scallops in the skillet leaving some room between them.

Make the lemon garlic butter according to instructions.

Stir in the remaining butter, lemon juice and capers.

Lower the heat, return the scallops to the pan and season to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

Make sure you purchase “dry” scallops. Dry scallops have not been soaked in a food grade chemical so they will sear properly
