Roasted Cauliflower Steak

I made this recipe ass soon as it was published. I’m happy to say that this is the best vegan steak I’ve ever tried!

INGREDIENTS

Paprika

Olive Oil

Salt and Black Pepper

Garlic Powder

+

Tahini

+

Parsley

+

Lemon Juice

Garlic

Yogurt

+

Cauliflower Heads

+

Cayenne Pepper

Remove the cauliflower’s outer leaves and cut the bottom stem.

Cut the cauliflower head in half, right through the middle.

Cut thick slices of about 1 inch to 1.5 inches from each half.

Combine the spices in a small bowl.

Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet and season with the spice mix on both sides.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip them and bake again.

Serve and enjoy!

You can substitute tahini with almond butter. The flavor and consistency of the dressing won’t be the same, but it will still be delicious.
