One-Skillet Potatoes with Bacon

This recipe is so good, and so easy! I did use a cast iron skillet and did not cover, but the potatoes came out beautifully and they disappeared fast!

INGREDIENTS

Parsley

Garlic

Butter

Rosemary

Bacon

+

Potatoes

Cook the bacon until crispy and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

Stir in the garlic, add the potatoes and cook covered.

Add butter and season to taste. Stir in the crispy bacon, rosemary and parsley.

Serve and enjoy!

Keep an eye on the potatoes while they cook and toss them as needed.
