Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

My husband loves blue cheese and this is his favorite recipe!

Season the steak and sear it on both sides for about 5-6 minutes.

Add  garlic, thyme, and rosemary and transfer to the oven briefly.

Top the steaks with blue cheese butter and place them back in the oven to cook to your desired doneness.

Don’t overcook the steak! To ensure the meat is cooked perfectly, remove it from the heat when the internal temperature is 5 to 10 degrees below your desired doneness.
