Baked Korean Chicken Wings

with Sweet and Spicy Sauce

Baking Powder

Salt

Gochujan Sauce

+

Soy Sauce

+

Ginger

+

Garlic

Roasted Sesame Oil

Chicken Wings

Sesame Seeds

Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then toss them with baking powder and salt.

Place the wings on a single layer on a baking sheet and bake.

Combine the sauce ingredients.

Toss the baked wings with the sauce to coat.

Broil the wings to caramelize the sauce.

Serve and enjoy!

Use a baking rack over the baking sheet. A wire rack helps with air circulation so the wings get very crispy.
