Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs

This recipe has been in my weekly menu for a while now and it’s always a hit. thanks!

Ground Cumin

INGREDIENTS

Lemon Juice

Fresh Basil

+

Fresh Cilantro

+

Apple Cider Vinegar

+

Shallots and Garlic

+

Chicken Thighs

+

Cayenne Pepper

+

Olive Oil

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Process the chicken marinade ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Prep the chicken, season it, pour over the lemon and herb marinate and marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Place the chicken skin side up on a rimmed baking sheet and bake.

For extra crispy skin, broil for about 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs.
