Hot Crab Dip

This is a must for christmas in our house. Every year my family asks if we would bring the crab dip lol LOVE IT!

Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS

Swiss Cheese

Garlic

+

Butter

+

Lemon Zest

+

Dill

+

Lump Crab Meat

+

Black Pepper

Melt butter and sauté garlic, lemon zest and chopped dill.

Stir in the crab meat and mix gently.

Transfer the crab meat to a bowl and add the mayonnaise and shredded cheese.

Transfer the crab mixture to a small baking dish and bake.

Decorate with lemon slices and fresh dill.

Serve and enjoy!

I always pick over the crab meat, gently rubbing my fingers through the lumps of crab looking for any pieces of shell that may have been left with the meat.
