Halloween Icky Intestines

This is perfect for halloween… something that will fill us up and not be loaded with sugar! Im all for anything with crescent rolls too!

Dried Oregano

INGREDIENTS

Red Bell Pepper

Ground Turkey

Garlic Powder

+

Onion

+

Pasta Sauce (Marinara)

Crescent Roll Sheets

+

Shredded Mozzarella

+

Butter

+

Olive Oil

Sauté the onions and bell pepper, add the ground turkey and cook.

Add seasonings and the marinara sauce.

Cut the crescent dough sheets into 3 strips.

Place cheese and the ground turkey mixture, and close the dough.

Shape the stuffed crescent rolls like intestines and brush it with garlic butter for extra flavor.

Before the baking is done, brush the rolls with marinara, and add more cheese and ground beef.

Serve and enjoy!

Brush the crescent roll (intestines) with pasta sauce to give it a “bloody” look. Do not saturate the dough or it will end up too wet.
