Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Semi-sweet Chocolate Bar

Eggs

Baking Powder

Espresso Powder

Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Unsweetened Chocolate

+

Vanilla Extract

+

Sugar

Nuts

Salt

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.

Mix the dry ingredients.

Beat the wet ingredients.

Add the chocolate mixture, the dry mixture, the chocolate chips and nuts.

Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t over bake the cookies. Remove them from the oven when they are still looking a bit under done with the tops and the edges barely set.
