Boneless Pork Chops

Italian Seasoning

Black Pepper

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE?

Seasoned with a flavorful spice rub, made with simple pantry ingredients, these oven-baked pork chops are ready (and perfect) in 30 minutes!

Mix the dry rub ingredients and brush the the pork chops with oil.

Season chops with the dry rub on both sides.

Bake until it reaches  the right internal temperature.

Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Choose chops that are at least 1-inch thick. Thin chops tend to always dry up when baked.
