Bake the ramen noodles and sliced almonds.

Mix the salad dressing ingredients until completely combined.

Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl.

Drizzle the vinaigrette.

Just before serving, add the avocado and sesame seeds.

Fully assembled, the salad can be made 2-3 hours in advanced however I recommend to add the crushed toasty ramen noodles about an hour before serving.
