Chocolate Brownie Pudding

Flour

Light Brown Sugar

Vanilla Extract

Butter

Bittersweet Chocolate

Melt the butter, add the chocolate and stir until smooth.

Beat the eggs, egg yolks, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and the flour until just combined.

Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake according to instructions.

For a fudgy, gooey center, make sure you don’t over bake the brownie pudding.
