Dried Cranberries

Make the cranberries. I use a combination of dried cranberries and cherries.

Place the pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it to get rid of the creases.

Place the round of Brie, top it with the cranberries and fold the pastry as if wrapping a present.

Chill the wrapped Brie in the fridge before baking.

Brush the pastry with egg wash and bake.

Serve and enjoy!

Allow the baked cheese to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. This will allow the cheese to become a bit former and prevent all the cheese from oozing out like a lava river!
