London Broil (flank steak)

Balsamic Vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

Garlic Cloves

Dijon Mustard

Brown Sugar

Mix the London broil marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the steak in a shallow dish or a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over.

Marinate for one hour to 12 hours.

Remove the London Broil roast from the marinade  and pat dry with paper towels.

Sear the beef in a skillet for about 2 minutes per side.

Place the skillet in the heated oven and cook for about 6 minutes.

Remove the steak from the oven and allow it to rest. Then, slice the beef against the grain.

Serve and enjoy!

Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry the beef with paper towels. Drying the meat ensures a nice golden brown sear on the London broil.
