Ingredients

Strawberry Lemonade

  • 2 cups lemonade, chilled

Peach Iced Tea Lemonade

  • 2 cups black tea, brewed and chilled
  • 1 cup lemonade, chilled
  • 1 cup peach, nectar or puree
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh, optional
  • 1 cup ice, plus more for serving
  • peach, or lemon, slices, fresh, for garnish

Cucumber Mint Limeade

  • 2 cups limeade, chilled
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 cup water, still or sparkling, cold
  • 1 cup ice, plus more for serving
  • lime, wheels, for garnish
  • cucumber, ribbons, for garnish
  • mint, for garnish

Watermelon Lime Refresher

  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed, seedless
  • ½ cup water, cold
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey, simple syrup, or agave, optional
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice, plus more for serving
  • lime, wheels, for garnish

Tropical Pineapple Ginger Cooler

  • 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 cup coconut water, or sparkling water, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
  • 1 cup ginger beer, or ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 cup ice, plus more for serving
  • pineapple , wedges, for garnish
  • lime, wheels, for garnish
  • mint, for garnish

Instructions

Strawberry Lemonade

  1. Add the strawberries, optional sweetener, and cold water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
  3. Stir the strawberry mixture into the chilled lemonade.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, strawberries, and mint.

Peach Iced Tea Lemonade

  1. Add the chilled black tea, lemonade, peach nectar, and optional lemon juice to a pitcher.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Serve over ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh peach slices and lemon slices.

Cucumber Mint Limeade

  1. Add the cucumber slices, mint leaves, and ½ cup of the limeade to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if desired.
  4. Stir into the remaining limeade and cold water or sparkling water.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with cucumber ribbons, lime wheels, and mint.

Watermelon Lime Refresher

  1. Add the watermelon, cold water, lime juice, optional sweetener, and pinch of salt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wheels, watermelon wedges, and mint.

Tropical Pineapple Ginger Cooler

  1. Add the pineapple juice, coconut water or sparkling water, and lime juice to a pitcher.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add ginger beer or ginger ale right before serving.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges, lime wheels, and mint.

Notes

  • These drinks are best served cold over plenty of ice.
  • For a lighter drink, dilute with sparkling water or cold water.
  • For a sweeter drink, add simple syrup, honey, agave, or extra fruit puree to taste.
  • If using sparkling water, ginger beer, or ginger ale, add it right before serving so the drink stays fizzy.
  • For smoother fruit drinks, strain after blending.
  • Fresh herbs are best added close to serving so they stay bright and fresh.
  • Each recipe makes about 4 servings, depending on glass size and how much ice you use.
