Love this vegetarian chili. It’s full of flavor and good for you.

Sweet Potatoes

Garlic

Broth

Balsamic Vinegar

Oil

Chili Powder

Ground Cumin

Cayenne Pepper

Cocoa Powder

Brown Sugar (optional)

Sauté the veggies until they start to soften.

Add aromatics and spices stirring often for about a minute.

Add the rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.

Turn the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally.

Serve and enjoy!

To balance the bitter flavor of unsweetened cocoa powder, I use light brown sugar. If preferred, you can add honey or any other liquid sweetener after sautéing the vegetables.
