Homemade Tortilla Chips

...My husband and kids asked me to make them again while eating them!! So good and so easy too....

Stack a few corn tortillas and cut them into fourths.

Fry the tortillas for 2 to 3 minutes or until they are lightly golden and crispy.

Serve and enjoy!

Use the right oil for deep frying. An oil with a high smoke point and mild taste is a must. Vegetable oil and canola oil are good choices.
