Sauté the aromatics

Add red curry paste and sauté for a few minutes.

Stir in the coconut milk, Kaffir lime leaves, broth, fish sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.

Add the chicken and carrots and cook for a few minutes.

Add other vegetables.
