Spinach Mushroom Pasta

Cook pasta until al dente, then drain, reserving some of the cooking water.

Sauté the mushrooms in a little olive oil then, transfer them to a plate.

Sauté the garlic, then pour in the broth and deglaze the pan.

Add the spinach to the pan and stir until wilted.

Return the mushrooms to the skillet and add the cream and seasoning.

Toss with cooked pasta, add the parmesan, ground black pepper and pepper flakes.

Serve and enjoy!

The key to really creamy pasta is the pasta cooking water! Add it a bit at a time and give it a quick stir to incorporate the water into the sauce.
