Whisk the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Divide the batter between two prepared cake pans and bake.

In a large bowl, mix together the frosting ingredients.

Spread the frosting evenly with an offset spatula.

Melt the marshmallows in the microwave for about 30''

Stretch the melted marshmallow mixture until thin and wrap up around the cake.
