Spanish Rice Pudding

We love this recipe , easy to put together, taste delicious, it was my first time making it, will continue to make . The rice pudding was very creamy.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE?

Spanish rice pudding is a budget friendly dessert recipe. You can probably make a whole batch of this dessert for the price of just a few cups of Senor Rico or Kozy Shack rice pudding.

Cook the rice with water, cinnamon stick and cloves (if using) in a saucepan.

Cook uncovered, stirring frequently until the rice is tender.

Add the milks and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Remove the rice pudding from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and raisins.

Serve and enjoy!

If the pudding consistency is a bit too thick, (starch in the rice varies), add additional milk to thin it out. Whole milk or evaporated milk should work.
