Sour Cream Coffee Cake

I found the best recipe for fall. I will be making it for years to come. I followed the recipe exactly and it was amazing.

Cinnamon streusel. Should I say more? Sweet but not too sweet, cinnamon-y, crunchy and nutty crumb topping.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE?

Mix the wet ingredients.

Combine dry ingredients.

With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until combined.

Place all the Streusel ingredients in a bowl and mix until it forms a crumble.

Spoon batter and streusel in layers.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let it cool.

Combine the glaze and drizzle over the cool cake.

I prefer using full-fat sour cream for a richer cake, but you can also substitute the sour cream with plain full-fat Greek yogurt.
