INGREDIENTS

Mexican Beer

Garlic

Cilantro

+

Lime Juice

+

Cumin

+

Orange Juice

+

Onion Powder

+

Oregano

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Pork Shoulder

+

Add the pork pieces into the slow cooker.

Combine the rest of ingredients except the cilantro and pour it over the pork.

Cook the pork according to instructions provided.

Shred the pork.

Transfer the shredded pork to the lined baking sheets, leaving the cooking liquid behind.

Broil the meat according to instructions until the edges of the pork begin browning

Serve and enjoy!

Make sure you use cuts of pork that are suitable for slow cooking. Pork shoulder and pork butt or Boston butt are the best options.
