The Best Chicken Satay

We love satay and this recipe doesn’t disappoint. We made the dipping sauce a few times and served it with grilled veggies. A winner!

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast

Garlic Cloves

+

Soy Sauce

+

Lemon Juice

+

Dried Mustard

+

Ginger and Onion

+

Peanut Butter

+

Coconut Milk

+

Combine the Asian marinade ingredients in a resealable bag.

Add the chicken to the marinade, toss to coat and marinate.

Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

In a bowl mix all the dipping sauce ingredients together.
