Roasted Turkey Breast

INGREDIENTS

Carrots and Celery Ribs

Onion and Garlic

Fennel Bulb

+

Broth

+

Butter

+

Parsley and Sage

Turkey Breast

Rosemary and Thyme

Mix the herb butter ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the veggies and broth at the bottom of the pan.

Season the turkey and smear the butter over it and under the skin.

Place the turkey breast, skin side up over the pan with vegetables and roast.

Serve and enjoy!

Although brining the turkey is not necessary for this recipe, you can brine the turkey overnight if preferred.
