INGREDIENTS

Corned Beef

Mayonnaise

+

Sour Cream

+

Fresh Lemon Juice

+

Grated Horseradish

+

Rye Bread

+

Swiss Cheese

+

Sauerkraut Drained

+

Salt

+

Black Pepper

Combine all the ingredients for the Russian dressing.

In a skillet, warm the corned beef with 2 teaspoons of water or broth.

Butter one side of each slice of bread, and add Russian dressing on the other side.

Top with corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut, and close it.

Spread some butter over the top and bottom.

Cook one side covered until golden brown. Then flip and cook uncovered until crispy.

Serve and enjoy!

Cook the Reuben sandwich over medium-low heat for best results.
