Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Buttermilk

Flour

Raspberries

Vanilla Extract

Lemon Zest

Make the streusel according to instructions.

In a mixing bowl stir together the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl whisk the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the raspberries.

Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan.

Top each muffin with the streusel and bake.

Don’t overmix the batter. Over mixing produces tough and dry muffins.
