These Pumpkin Pancakes are tender, fluffy and filled with the flavors of pumpkin spice.

Canned Pumpkin Purée

Buttermilk

Eggs

Butter

Brown Sugar

INGREDIENTS

All Purpose Flour

Vanila Extract

Baking Soda

Salt

Baking Powder

Spices

Combine the wet ingredients and the sugar.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Do not over mix, a few lumps may remain.

Scoop about ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle/skillet. Cook until the edges look dry.

Serve and enjoy!

Place the cooked pancakes in a warm oven (200 degrees Fahrenheit) while you finish cooking the entire batch.
