This Pumpkin Cake recipe is easy to make and beyond delicious!

INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin Puree

Ground Cinnamon

Vanilla Extract

Cream Cheese

Salted Caramel

Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer.

In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

With the mixer on low speed, add the wet ingredients to the dry until well combined.

Spread the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake for about 30 to minutes, remove from the oven and allow it to cool.

Make the salted caramel cream cheese frosting.

Use an offset or rubber spatula to spread the frosting evenly on the cake.

Top with candied pecans (optional).

When making cream cheese frosting, both the cream cheese and the butter should be at room temperature. Cold ingredients won’t whip to a fluffy and light consistency.
