Pumpkin Bundt Cake

I'm tired of pumpkin pie so when I saw this recipe I had to try it... This is my new favorite pumpkin/fall dessert. So easy to make (and I have no skills in the kitchen!) and my family loved it.

Pumpkin Purée

INGREDIENTS

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

+

Pumpkin Spice

+

Flour

+

Oil and Butter

+

Granulated Sugar

Light Brown Sugar

Eggs and Milk

Vanilla Extract

Cream Cheese

Confectioners' Sugar

Pecans

Combine the dry ingredients (but the sugar) in a medium bowl.

Whisk together the wet ingredients and the sugar.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Prepare the bundt cake pan with butter and flour.

Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake.

To make the frosting, beat all the ingredients according to instructions.

Decorate and garnish.

Serve and enjoy!

Let your cake cool for at least 15 minutes before removing it from the bundt pan so it doesn't fall into pieces when unmolded.
