Corned Beef and Cabbage

Made for st pattys day it was wonderful. Very tender and i did not have to cure it 5-7 days before i could cook it.

Cooking corned beef in the Instant pot takes a fraction of the time and results in juicy, melt in your mouth corned beef every time.

Rinse the beef under cold running water to remove some of the salty brine.

Place all the ingredients into the Instant Pot.

Place the corned beef, close the lid, set the valve to “seal” and cook.

Remove the meat, place the carrots, potatoes and cabbage and cook.

Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with the vegetables.

Serve and enjoy!
