Corned Beef Brisket

Garlic Cloves

Beer

Baby Potatoes

Green Cabbage

Carrots

Rinse the beef under cold running water to remove some of the salty brine.

Place all the ingredients into the Instant Pot.

Place the corned beef, close the lid, set the valve to “seal” and cook.

Remove the meat, place the carrots, potatoes and cabbage and cook.

Slice the brisket against the grain and serve with the vegetables.

Serve and enjoy!

Rinse the corned beef under cold running water before cooking, to prevent overly salty beef.
