Instant Pot Chicken Masala

I’ve made this several times and it always turns out amazing. If you have doubts…don’t lol

Lemon Juice

INGREDIENTS

Ginger and Cilantro

+

Crushed Tomatoes

+

Heavy Cream

+

Garlic and Onions

+

Coriander and Cumin

+

Broth

+

Turmeric and Paprika

+

Chicken

+

Cayenne Pepper

+

Oil

+

Salt and Black Pepper

+

Sauté the onions, ginger and garlic in vegetable oil or butter.

Add the spices and cook until aromatic.

Add the tomatoes, half the cilantro, half of the lemon juice, broth and chicken pieces.

Close and seal the lid, and cook at high pressure.

Release the pressure, open and stir in the heavy cream.

Stir in the remaining cilantro and lemon juice.

Serve and enjoy!

Use 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne if you don’t like very spicy foods.
