Garlic

Olive Oil

Coriander

Lime Juice

Orange Juice

Chicken

Dried Oregano

Achiote Powder

Salt and Black Pepper

Add the marinade ingredients to a resealable plastic bag.

Coat the chicken with the marinade and marinate up to 4 hours.

Place chicken skin side up on the roasting rack or skin side down on the grill.

Serve and enjoy!

Do not marinate the chicken for more than 4 hours. Marinating chicken with an acidic marinade for too long will change the texture of the chicken.
