Pasta with Asparagus

This was amazing!! My husband and I loved it (the lemon takes it over the top!). Thanks for such a delicious recipe that we will make as often as possible.

Lemon Juice

INGREDIENTS

Flour and Butter

Parmesan Cheese

Heavy Cream

+

Pancetta

+

Asparagus and Peas

+

Pasta

+

Lemon Zest

+

Garlic Powder

White Wine

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Cook the pasta, asparagus and peas, and drain.

Cook the pancetta, remove from the skillet and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

Make a roux, then add wine, heavy cream and the rest of ingredients.

Add the pancetta, pasta, asparagus, and peas into the skillet and toss gently.

Serve and enjoy!

Cook the pasta only until al dente. The pasta will cook a little more once it is tossed with the warm sauce.
