Potatoes with Mexican Sausage

Mexican Chorizo

Onions

Ground Black Pepper

Potatoes

Cook the cubed potatoes in a pot of salted water over medium heat.

Cook the chorizo sausage until the fat has rendered.

To the same skillet, add the onions and cook until soft and translucent.

Add the potatoes and season to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

Cook the potatoes until they are soft inside but a little firm on the outside so when you mix them with the chorizo, they don’t get mushy.
