WHY YOU'LL THIS RECIPE?

Codfish is a lean protein low in carbs and packed with vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids. It’s definitely a good idea to add this pan seared cod recipe to your meal rotation.

Combine flour and black pepper and coat both sides of each fish.

Heat oil and butter and add the fillets, pressing them down to create a good sear.

To make the lemon butter, cook butter until it starts to get lightly brown.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir the rest of ingredients.

Spoon the lemon butter over the seared fish.

Pat the fish dry with paper towel. This will help create a nice golden brown sear.
