Maryland Crab Cakes

Melted Butter

INGREDIENTS

Cracker Crumbs

Mayonnaise

+

Egg

+

Lump Crab Meat

+

Lemon Juice

+

Old Bay Seasoning

+

Dijon Mustard

+

Worcestershire Sauce

+

Parsley

+

Scallions

+

Garlic

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Whisk together the crab cake ingredients minus the crab meat.

Add the crab meat and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Portion the mixture into 6 mounds on the baking sheet, brush the with melted butter and bake.

To make the Lemon Aioli, simply combine all the aioli ingredients.

Serve and enjoy!

Gently form the mixture into cakes. Don’t compact the crab cakes too tightly to prevent dense cakes.
