MAC & CHEESE

This Mac and Cheese Carbonara recipe is creamy, rich, cheesy and incredibly easy to make.

Asiago Cheese

White and Sharp Cheddar

Parmesan

Fontina

+

Milk

INGREDIENTS

Egg Yolks

Bacon

+

Elbow Macaroni

+

Butter

+

Flour

+

Garlic

+

Panko Bread Crumbs

+

Nutmeg

+

Thyme and Parsley

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until nicely brown and crispy.

Add the garlic and cook. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the milk, egg yolks, thyme and nutmeg. Whisk to incorporate.

Remove pot from the heat and stir in the cheese one by one.

Stir the cooked macaroni into the sauce.

Transfer to a baking dish and top with Panko mixture and bacon. Bake until golden brown.
