Lentil Soup

Made this yesterday. All I can say is that it’s better than my mom’s and she can cook!

Lemon Juice

INGREDIENTS

Onions and Garlic

Celery and Carrots

+

Diced Tomatoes

+

Broth

+

Ground Coriander

+

Lentils

+

Ground Cumin

+

Ground Ginger

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Sauté the onions, garlic, carrots and celery.

Add the rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer until the lentils become tender. Then stir the lemon juice.

To make the soup creamier, blend about 2 cups of the soup until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t skip the fresh lemon juice! It adds freshness and brightness to the soup.
