Make the cake mix according to the package directions and add the lemon zest.

Poke holes down through the cake.

Mix the lemon pudding with milk and lemon curd.

Pour the lemon curd pudding mixture over the cake and refrigerate.

Remove the poke cake from the refrigerator and spread the whipped topping all over.

Decorate and refrigerate again.
