INGREDIENTS

Sugar

Confectioners' Sugar

Eggs

Lemon Zest

Lemon Juice

+

Flour

+

Butter

Salt

Whisk the dry ingredients.

Mix the wet ingredients.

Add the eggs one at a time and mix until just combined.

Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth out the surface with a spatula and bake.

Make the lemon glaze.

Pour the glaze over the brownies, spread evenly and allow to set before cutting.

Serve and enjoy!

Room temperature lemons are juicier than refrigerated ones.
