Lemon Blueberry 

Waffles

This is the last waffle recipe you’ll ever need! I’m currently making 2 more batches to keep in the freezer and toast up whenever I’m in the mood for breakfast waffles!

INGREDIENTS

Flour

Baking Powder

+

Baking Soda

+

Lemon Juice

+

Lemon Zest

+

Eggs

+

Milk

+

Butter

+

Vanilla Extract

+

Blueberries

Mix sugar and lemon zest and rub it until fragrant.

To the lemon sugar, add the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

Whisk the milk mixture into the flour mixture and add the butter and blueberries.

Pour some of the batter onto the preheated greased waffle iron and cook.

Serve and enjoy!

After the waffles are ready, place them on a wire rack. The air circulation will prevent them from steaming and getting soggy on the bottom.
