Lemon Blueberry Crumb Bars

These were soooo good! Definitely making them again!

INGREDIENTS

Powdered Sugar

Cream Cheese

Blueberries

+

Cake Mix

+

Butter

+

Lemon

+

Eggs

Melt the butter, then combine the cake mix, 1 egg and lemon juice.

Press about 2/3 of this mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.

Mix the ingredients to make the cheesecake filling.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

Pinch pieces of the remaining cake mixture over the cream cheese and add blueberries.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Drizzle over the cheesecake bar.

Serve and enjoy!

Chill the bars in the refrigerator before removing them from the baking pan and slicing them.
