Lasagna Soup

This was easy and delicious. No one had any complaints. My kids are so picky but they ate it all. They told me I can make it again 🙂

Chicken Broth

INGREDIENTS

Oil

+

Onions and Garlic

+

Tomatoes

+

Italian Sausage

+

Lasagna Noodles

+

Basil

+

Ground Beef

+

Italian Seasoning

+

Dried Oregano

+

Ricotta Cheese

+

Parmesan Cheese

+

Mozzarella Cheese

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Cook the onions until softened.

Brown the ground beef and sausage in the same pot. Then stir in the garlic.

Stir in the rest of ingredients and simmer.

Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.

In a mixing bowl, stir together the three cheeses.

Stir the cooked lasagna noodles into the soup along with the fresh basil.

Serve and enjoy!

You can cook the lasagna noodles in the same pot if you are planning on eating the soup right away.
