Chicken Broth

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes

Sour Cream

+

Half and Half

+

Butter

+

Salt

+

Pepper

Add the peeled and chopped potatoes, broth and milk.

Season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook.

Open the lid and start mashing the potatoes.

Add the butter and Half and Half and season to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

Never use a blender or immersion blender to mash potatoes. They will turn gluey.
